Zimbabwean international and former Dynamos captain, Emmanuel Jalai, has officially completed his transfer to South African Betway Premiership team Durban City. The 27-year-old right-back, who can also play on the wing, has signed a long-term deal with the club that runs until 2028, with an option to extend until 2030.

The move is reportedly the most lucrative package ever offered to a Zimbabwean player making a first-time arrival in South Africa's top flight. Jalai recently underwent his medicals and joined his new teammates ahead of their league campaign. He had spent six years with Dynamos FC in Zimbabwe, where he was a key player and served as the team captain.

Jalai's transfer to Durban City is expected to bring a new level of excitement to the team and the Betway Premiership. With his skills and experience, Jalai is poised to make a significant impact on the pitch and help his new team achieve success.
