"I understand Fashion wasn't happy with my decision to substitute him, but this is a national team, not an individual team," Sichone said. "If a player isn't performing, we need to give others a chance. As a leading team captain, you need to lead by example. I won't tolerate such behavior."
Sichone emphasized the importance of teamwork and discipline, making it clear that Sakala's actions wouldn't be condoned.
