No holds barred, we might just be scratching the surface, but this month our priority is on men and their health they deserve to be heard too.

Caught up with one Mr Dille  Gun as he was having a drink, need we say what an oasis of wisdom, he gave quite an in-depth and insightful narration.

"It is quite tricky considering its a subjective matter, cases differ according to individuals. As men we face different demons be it marriage, work, social and relationships in general.

"Be that as it may, I wanna dwell much on marriages, truth of the matter is we are suffering mentally. Our marriages are not fun at all 99% of us seek refuge elsewhere for consolation and comfort," he said taking a sip of the wise waters being candid with every gesture
