Comedian Kapfupi has told off people pressuring him to respond to allegations made by his ex-wife, Mai Ngaa, on the DJ Ollah 7 podcast earlier this week. Kapfupi, born Freddy Manjalima, has refused to continue entertaining gossip about his collapsed marriage to Precious Kabrito, better known as Mai Ngaa.
In a video trending on social media, Kapfupi said he won't be explaining himself to anyone and told people to "stick to the side they heard." "They want to know what's happening in my marriage. Let them stick to that side of the story," Kapfupi said.
This comes after Mai Ngaa made damning allegations against the comedian, claiming he had become rowdy as fame got to his head and would cause unnecessary fights when drunk. Mai Ngaa also alleged that their marriage collapsed months ago, and they were just putting on a show for the public. "The public saw a perfect couple, but behind the scenes, fame was checking everything," she said.
Mai Ngaa was responding to Kapfupi's claims that she had eloped with her lover at 1 AM while he was asleep in their matrimonial house. She didn't deny Kapfupi's allegations about being with a married man, instead saying she was set to marry the man
