Mozambican Choir Inspires Harare Congregation with Multilingual Worship

Harare – The Assurance Acapella Choir from Mozambique brought a powerful message of unity and praise to Zimbabwe during a special Music and Guest Day hosted by Harare City Centre Seventh-day Adventist Church on November 8, 2025. 

Held under the theme “A Table for Everyone,” the event saw the 10-member all-male choir lead the congregation in heartfelt worship songs sung in Shona, Ndebele, English and Tonga showcasing not only musical diversity but also the strong cultural and spiritual bonds between Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Zambia.

The choir’s performance was more than entertainment; it served as a reminder of the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19, which calls believers to spread the Gospel to all nations. Their message encouraged church members to embrace their missionary role beyond national borders
