Minister Sanyatwe Represents Zimbabwe at Global Sports Forum in Russia, Reaffirms Ties and Sporting Progress

Minister of Sport, Recreation Arts and Culture Hon. Amb Lt Gen (Rtd) AN Sanyatwe represent Zimbabwe at the 13th International Sports Forum, Plenary Session in Samara, Russia, alongside Ministers from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Serbia among others. In attendance was the Russian Federation President, H.E Vladimir Putin.

A reaffirmed historic ties and shared Zimbabwe’s progress in sport from podium performances to infrastructure growth. Sport diplomacy remains a powerful tool for unity, inclusion, and global cooperation in a multipolar world.

 Over 51 nations from across the world attended the plenary session.
