Harare Province was crowned the overall winner at the thrilling 2025 Chibuku Road to Fame National Finals, held on October 5 at Gwanzura Stadium in Highfields, Harare. The popular music competition, hosted by Delta Beverages in partnership with the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe, brought together the top 10 provincial finalists from across the country in a vibrant showcase of local musical talent.

The grand prize of US $15,000.00 was awarded to Harare Province, whose performers impressed judges with their originality, stage presentation and ability to engage the audience. Bulawayo Province claimed the second spot, earning US $10,000.00, while Masvingo Province secured third place with US $7,000.00.

Celebrating 25 years of nurturing Zimbabwe’s music scene, the event featured diverse genres including Sungura, Afro-Jazz, and Traditional music, highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the nation. Esteemed special guests such as Winky D, Feli Nandi, and Nisha Ts graced the occasion, adding star power to the festive atmosphere.

Fans from all corners of Zimbabwe flocked to Gwanzura Stadium to support their provincial champions, making the event a lively and memorable celebration of the country’s emerging musical talents.
