Movember is here, and men around the world are putting their razors away for a while.

The movement, which encourages men to grow their moustaches throughout November, has become a global phenomenon, raising awareness and funds for men's health issues that often get overlooked.

The State of Men's Health is a vital call to action, well calling a spade a spade: men aren't exactly known for prioritizing their health.

Prostate cancer claims the lives of thousands of men each year, while testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men aged 15-35. (Statistically)

Mental health issues, too, often go undiscussed, with men being less likely to seek help and more likely to take their own lives. Men do not cry! But is the silence worth it?

These issues are real-life concerns that affect families, friends and communities. It's time to break the silence and take action.

Let us move guys its never too late.
