Harare,– In a profound departure from conventional anniversary celebrations, Dr. Obadiah Musindo, founder and leader of the Destiny of Africa Network, has announced a landmark initiative to commemorate the organization’s 25th anniversary.

A five-month nationwide humanitarian campaign dedicated to giving, dubbed the “Silver Jubilee of Giving,” the campaign officially launches this December and will see network volunteers and staff travel across Zimbabwe distributing essential foodstuffs and aid.

The initiative will prioritize the most vulnerable segments of society, including the disabled, widows, orphans, the sick in hospitals and other disadvantaged individuals.

“We have decided to celebrate our 25 years through giving,” declared Dr. Musindo. “Instead of us having a party, we’ll be organising as an organisation, giving foodstuffs throughout Zimbabwe to those in need. That’s how we have decided to celebrate.”

Dr. Musindo emphasized that the core of the jubilee celebration would be active compassion.

The campaign, running through the festive season and into the new year, seeks to provide both material support and a message of solidarity during a period that can be particularly challenging for many.

“We’re going to celebrate it through giving. Giving, caring, and loving,” he stated, framing the effort as the true embodiment of the network’s mission after a quarter-century of service.

The Destiny of Africa Network’s decision to forgo a ceremonial event in favor of direct, widespread community support has been hailed as a powerful example of philanthropic leadership.

The “Jubilee of giving” is expected to impact thousands of households, reinforcing the organization’s legacy of faith in action and community empowerment.
