Former Radio 2 broadcaster Isiah Mutemachani will be laid to rest in Chivhu on Thursday 20 November.
Mutemachani succumbed to cancer on Monday afternoon at Chitungwiza General Hospital where had been receiving treatment.
He was part of the legendary team of presenters who dominated Radio 2, shaping the country’s radio culture in the 1980's and 1990's.
He became a household name known for his warm delivery and consistency entertaining families with general-interest and music programmes.
His legacy lives on and he will be remembered alongside other radio greats like Deans Patrick Mutume, Lisbern Nasarara and Dr Temba Basopo Moyo.
